Refund and Returns Policy

At FurryGadgets.com, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top
priorities. We take pride in offering high-quality products that are
carefully selected and inspected before shipping.

And if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Most items can be
returned within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are
unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a
return, email support@furrygadgets.com with your order number and a brief
note about the reason. We’ll reply within one business day with return
instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility. If the mistake is ours — a damaged, defective, or incorrect
item — we cover the full cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of
delivery with photos and a short description of the issue. We’ll send a free
replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping. In most
cases, you won’t need to ship anything back to us.

Items We Can’t Accept

For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

– Litter boxes, litter mats, or pet toilets that have been used
– Opened edible or consumable products
– Items showing signs of use, pet hair, or odor
– Items returned without their original packaging

Anything still sealed or unused is fully returnable within the 30-day window.

Refund Timing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the
original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it
may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at no
cost any time before they ship.
